- Case Builder I - This course is designed for personnel who will be given responsibilities for using the software and processes to create value for their own organizations and any possible clients. This hands-on course will immerse the attendees in various examples of casebuilding, giving them strong knowledge to identify potential cases.
- Case Builder II - This advanced class describes essential steps for producing concrete and past episodes out of potential cases. It also consists of information regarding how to test and reuse them in an efficient way. Interaction with experts is required to achieve a sufficient skill-set to become a competent case builder.
