Verdande Technology AS is a spin-off from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and was established in 2004 by a group of students and professors at the university. Our core technology is founded on the principle of case-based reasoning, a technology developed by NTNU and Sintef.

In September 2011, the company was restructured to form three subsidiaries focused on different vertical markets: 

• Verdande Energy AS – Oil and Gas
• Verdande  Finance AS -  Financial Services
• Verdande Healthcare AS  - Medical

Verdande Technology is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, with offices in Houston, TX and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
