Asle Jostein Hovda

Asle Jostein Hovda (Investment Director at Investinor AS) holds an MSc in Mechanical engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Asle is currently board member in Investinor´s portfolio companies Innotech Solar AS and Ziebel AS.

Terje Eidesmo

Terje Eidesmo is presently holding the title Founder and Executive vice president in EMGS. Before that he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of EMGS from January 2002 to June 2009. He cofounded the company in 2002. From 1991 to 2002 Mr. Eidesmo worked at Statoil as a petro physicist, as a senior petro physicist from 1994 to 1995 and a project manager from 1995 to 1999 where his main area was nuclear magnetic resonance logging.

Dr. Mathias Schlecht

Dr. Schlecht is the Vice President for Drilling Services at Baker Hughes. He holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg in Germany, where he also gained a doctorate in engineering. Dr. Schlecht joined Baker Hughes in 1997 and has worked in a variety of positions within technical support, operations and marketing.

David Emerson

Mr. Emerson is the Vice President, Corporate Development at Baker Hughes. Previously, he served as Director of Business Development for Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations. Prior to his work with Baker, he held various positions with Western Atlas, Inc. and Halliburton Company. Mr. Emerson received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Formerly management consultant with Cap Gemini, then Head of European Operations with Covisinit and CEO of Keronite Ltd.

Tom Mundheim - CFO

Previous experience includes 10 years in the Oil and Gas Industry as CFO for Altinex ASA as well as for AGR Petroleum Services and AGR Drilling Services, divisions within the AGR Group ASA. BBA from University of Hawaii – College of Business Administration.
